SoTFest is a community run, non-profit event, and it is important for us to choose a charity that reflects our values and the spirit of the festival. That is why we proudly support Everyone Can, a charity whose work aligns perfectly with our commitment to community, inclusivity, and accessibility.
Every bit of profit made at SoTFest goes directly to the charity. Over the last four years, our amazing community has helped raise nearly £60,000 for Everyone Can. This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the generosity, enthusiasm, and support of every attendee, and we are truly grateful to each and every one of you for helping make a real difference.
Everyone Can is a UK registered charity that empowers disabled and neurodiverse people by removing barriers to play and connection through technology and gaming. They design and build adaptive gaming technology and custom controllers so people with a range of abilities can enjoy video games in ways that work for them, rather than being limited by standard equipment.
At their dedicated Technology and Gaming Centre in Manchester, Everyone Can runs fully inclusive accessible gaming sessions using a wide range of equipment from giant screens and virtual reality to driving rigs and adaptive setups, helping players of all ages participate and connect socially in a fun environment.
They also carry out assistive technology assessments, matching individuals with the tools and solutions that can improve independence and everyday life, and they are developing workshops and training to educate others about accessibility in gaming and technology.
By supporting Everyone Can, SoTFest helps turn a shared love of Sea of Thieves into lasting, real world impact. Every ticket, activity, and moment at the festival contributes to greater inclusion, confidence, community, and opportunity for disabled and neurodiverse people.
